I read other reviews before purchasing and noticed that others say the glass was installed backwards so the words are reversed. I thought how likely it is that the problem will come back. Well, that's how it was. And the glass cannot be removed to turn yourself. So I will be returning this product. It's a shame, otherwise it would have been a great film.

I was so happy when I received this yesterday. I was looking for one and it matched the decor perfectly. However, when I cleaned the inside of the glass with a simple Windex (without ammonia), the sticker with the tickets and "Memories" came off. I am devastated. So now I have to spend more money to order stickers on Etsy. Otherwise it's just a regular shadow box and I could buy it for a lot less. Very disappointed with the quality of the glass stickers. No warnings not to wash the glass.

Pros: Frame is solid, glass feels thick enough, rear frame clamps are tight. Overall a good design. Looks beautiful. Cons: The wood surface on the back is contact paper/vinyl and is cheap and brittle. After seeing other reviewers tearing holes in the back when removing the tag, I tried to be very slow and careful. I ended up tearing off the whole corner. I could change the order but I'm pretty sure the same thing will happen again. I love it so much I will just tear it down and buy my own wood…

This was an interesting find that I stumbled upon while "window shopping" at Revain. to show our past adventures instead of just tossing old tickets out of sight in a box. It appears to be very well made and opens easily if something needs to be moved. I ended up using a piece of tape on a couple of the larger tickets/more memorable adventures to stick them in the background so it doesn't just look like a stack of tickets underneath. A beautiful decoration for every room! Ours is on our table…
