Lightweight, reliable product

I've waited a while to write a review and I have to say I'm impressed. I'm the guy who uses them for keys and whatnot while running EMS after one of those 2 cents let me down. Even though the locking mechanism is too big for the ring, there is a way to flip it and make it work, but I've only had this issue once. The closing mechanism itself was very smooth and you only need one hand to open it easily and when you let go it closes smoothly every time. It's not that heavy, not that clunky, and…

Definitely not your grandma's twistlock carabiner! That's great. Absolutely the best twist lock carabiner I've ever had. Even when loading from below, the doors open wide. The screw cap stays open automatically until the cap is closed - a very handy feature when working with complex pressure equipment. Push off without jamming. Ideally in hand. Large carabiner on carabiners and quickdraws

Great product. Feels solid in the hand, the spring-loaded gate opens and closes easily with one hand, and most importantly holds my 195-pound weight in a 10-foot drop with a 1-foot stopping distance so my adrenals don't work break thanks to my suspension. The tensile strength listed on Amz is 5160 pounds, which equates to an external force of 22.93 kN along the major axis (parallel to the spine).
