I waited a bit to check them out because I wanted to make sure they didn't start to rust. Please report no! Very easy to install. (if you want to call it that since you just put them on the shower rod) Attaching the shower curtain was easy, and what's even better they don't come loose when you open and close the shower curtain like other types of hooks! Bonus!

I bought these because I need stronger rings to make sure they can handle my two boys and their wild antics. I'm only giving 3 stars because while I like them and they're sturdy I bought 4 sets of these for 2 bathrooms with double curtain rod and out of 4 sets about 1/2 of the rings have a ball problem. smoothly so while it doesn't prevent them from working, it does make it a little harder to open and close the curtain, especially for my 10 year old.

They are durable for my application and glide easily. I use them to support a 19ft x 10ft shade fabric on my camping awning and they hold the weight and don't open. Love it. We've all seen stationery rings holding die-cut paper together, so turning them into shower curtain rings is kind of a "why didn't I think of that" idea. The fact that they open wide makes it easy to put the curtain up, but it's also great if you have a curved curtain rod that bolts to the wall. Don't worry about scratching the finish.
