It's easy to use, cheap for what you get (and I don't mind paying £6/year), great customer service - they're always there when needed! They've made it very simple for me as an individual with no technical knowledge of how things work behind-the scenes in order manage my domains / email accounts etc from one place. The best thing about this service, is that they offer free transfer services for domains registered with their registrar from other providers (e.g. GoDaddy). It's also easy to register your own subdomain or domain if you wish - just check out how simple it can be! I have never had any problems so far with them. They are very quick at responding to emails as well. There isn't much i dislike but maybe more options would be nice in terms of customising what happens when someone visits my website…

I like that it's easy to register domains with them, which was not always true of other registrars in years past. The process for renewing domains has also been easier than some others. The customer service can be hit or miss at times as well. Sometimes you get great response from their agents (who are very helpful) while other times they seem less interested in helping you out.
