This product does not fit and will not work with my HP LaserJet P1102w LaserJet printer. I compared it to my official HP 85A cartridge. It lacks the two rear guides on official HP cartridges that hold it in place. It doesn't slide or doesn't fit properly. He falls back and rolls over. When I tried to print the printer made an awful noise and I had to turn it off to stop it. I hope my attempt to use this product did not damage my printer. These cartridges are no worse than HP cartridges, the only difference is the price. This is the second time I've ordered these cartridges for LD and I'm sure I'll be buying more of them. You get two cartridges that deliver approximately 1,600 pages each for half the price of an HP cartridge. Print quality is excellent. I highly recommend this item. I also received these cartridges a day earlier than expected. Great customer service.

I just downloaded the second of 2 in an order. It doesn't work and boot properly and I get an HP error (consumable memory error) on the printer. The warning states that the cartridge should be reinstalled. It doesn't load properly. After reinstalling the printer software twice, it still doesn't work. Finally, if you compare the empty and new LD cartridges, you'll notice that there's a piece missing (or broken off?) on the left side just below the spring (some kind of lead?). I hope the company…

I bought this to replace HP85A. I tried to install it today and all I get is a paper jam. I compared to the original and noticed that the bottom is completely different (as you can see in my photo). Waste of money, don't buy.

Unbelievable price for two toner cartridges. I am currently using the first and it prints fine on my HP LaserJet P1102w. The only problem, albeit a very small one, is that every time I print for the first time, the orange error light comes on, then goes off, the green OK light comes on, and my documents print.
