I have a 2006 Chevy Silverado. I wanted a USB input for my aftermarket radio that was factory looking in this slightly older truck. It was the solution. Simply unplug one of the two 12 volt outlets located on the dash and plug it back in, routing the cables from the back to the stereo USB input. I'm not sure if that would work, but IT WORKS. They said 1-1/4" for the cutout, I can confirm my step drill bit @ 1-1/8" was a large enough hole to properly install this product. To be fair this product has 3 diameters. Installs a Carplay radio with USB and HDMI inputs. I took out the cigarette lighter socket and put this bracket back in. By the way, this is due to the fact that the auxiliary blanks with similar inputs were of terrible quality. I recommend this to users who want to take full advantage of their radios.

Bought to make room for the Conbee 2 adapter. I haven't checked if the USB speeds are 3 USB3 as I don't need them. It works for what I need it for. It was a great price compared to everyone else.
