This jewelry comes in a nice box wrapped in fabric, one earring was loose in the pinhole and I found the missing clasp on the back. I wrote to the seller requesting a replacement for this back of the earring as this piece of jewelry seems too pretty to wear the mismatched back clasp (although you can't see it). First of all I love this particular Leafeal design (asymmetric, modern etc.) and also haven't (yet) encountered any design issues mentioned in other reviews. . And in every respect I am not satisfied with my purchase. I will say that I have had the experience and can agree with other reviewers who have noted that the images do not represent the actual color or the color has changed for some reason depending on environmental factors beyond my control (eg. They are just beautiful. They sit well on the ears and are the right weight. I bought it to match my mother's necklace.
