This is super cute and the portion sizes are good, it’s easy to clean and the tray pops in and out real nice…but my 5yr old can’t close it by himself which then limited what I could put in there because I didn’t want stuff getting everywhere if he couldn’t shut it again. I'm glad that it comes apart and is easy to clean.its beat feature is the back hinge. It pivots in two parts so the lid lays flat when the lunch box is opened instead of floating and putting pressure on the hinge where most lunch boxes break. The portions are perfect. The largest part can fit a sandwich cut in quarters. The other parts fit grapes, yogurt, dressing, etc. My daughter is 4 but eats a light breakfast and dinner so lunch is where she gets the most food. This definitely has enough…

I bought two for my 5year old kindergarteners and we love them. They are easy to open with their little hands. They are good portion size sections for little ones. I would not recommend for older ones, due to the small portion sizes.They are durable and the kids like the design.

This box is a great size, one of the only bento boxes I could find that fits in the pottery barn kids classic size lunch box. Beware though, hot food seems to create a suction that makes the box almost impossible to open at lunch time. Teachers had to use a knife to pry it open. Great for cold lunch, though.

I sent this as a gift and my niece loves it. She loves the different compartments for her fruit, yogurt, sandwich.etc. my sister says the box is easy to clean so if they are happy so am I!

Bento box is difficult to close for an adult let alone a 3 year old. Came home broken after first day of school probably because teacher couldn’t figure out how to open/ close it. The canvas lunch box is cute and functional and water bottle is easy for 3 year old to open and close on own and is leak proof. Love the size of the compartments of bento box tray and child truly loved design but due to poor functionality I would not buy again.

The thermos is good. It does keep food nice and warm. The bento box is also nice for easy lunch storage. Just wish that it sealed tighter so that when you put fruits it wouldn't spill to the other compartments.

It’s adorable and my girl feels special eating out of it so she seems to eat more when using it. Major downside is I can’t send it with her to school bc she can’t close it on her own. She is 5. You really have to press down on it hard to lock

UPDATE: its been used gently three times, hand washed gently. One of the hinges has disapeared. I can’t believe I spent this kind of money on this.Note to self: if its over $10 its not worth buying a brand you don’t know. Don’t buy this trash. The plastic of the bento box was so faded it appeared more purple than blue and the yellow was a completely different shade of yellow on the box as well. Thats really disappointing because I feel like this is a bargain outlet like big lots style quality…

I needed a compartmentalized lunchbox for my son to take to daycare. This one looked perfect, and has worked great ever since it arrived in August (it is now October).
