Not what I expected

This item is difficult to assemble and does not work. After assembling, the balls get stuck and don't go through the whole maze. Even after several adjustments, the bullets still do not end. Disappointing gift.

It takes a long time to assemble

So many parts to assemble. However, each element is numbered and the instructions indicate which elements connect together. The parts seem very fragile and when we put everything together they weren't solid.

Does not work as advertised

This product is not suitable for children aged 6 years and over. It took me (an adult) over 2 hours to assemble and one day the balls on none of the lanes would stay together. Very disappointing! I can't get 2 hours of my life back. Don't waste your time!

Very disappointed 😞

Worst mistake. Thought it might be like the marble run I had as a kid. NO, it took forever to put the guide together compared to other things you collect. The kids HATE it. You didn't manage to make the marble bounce, the structure is very unstable.

Keep it quiet or it won't work (basic design review only)

I bought this as a gift for my nephew (6 years old) and he couldn't install it himself. I understand this is the lower end of the age range but even my dad (60+) struggled. The pieces came in several mixed bags that weren't labeled. The instructions looked like someone had just copied 3D models of each part, which also affected readability as some products looked very similar. Pop up. So when you play with him on the carpet he leans and the balls don't work like they should.

You Can Get Your Money Back, But Not Your LIFE

You know a customer gets mad when they post as many photos as I did and spent so much time writing a review. Save yourself and don't bite into it. First, a wonderful surprise awaits you when you open the box and see that there are 141 pieces to collect in this magical journey. Can't wait to take apart all 141 pieces to get it back. See the guide below for a detailed list of parts. It says there is 1 part 33. However, the instructions show that part 33 is needed TWICE. Not the biggest problem as
