The Revain page says "Fits true to size". There is no measurement guide so the generally accepted method was used (from the end of the leather at the belt buckle to the most commonly used hole). I measured three straps and each was within 1/2 inch. I ordered this size. What I received was a slightly under 2" belt in the size I ordered which made it completely unwearable. Be sure to read the return policy.

Quality. Order a slightly larger size as this is a ranger style and part of the band runs inwards so the girth is different.
