I love these straps and the overall locking mechanism concept is cool. But of the two straps I received, one buckle didn't work. The other was great. I told the supplier and they replaced the belt which didn't work properly. I really appreciate your help.

It was never easy for me to find good belts. I really like stylish, beautiful, thick leather, but finding the right size has always been a problem. This belt fixed everything for me and then some. I never thought ratchets could be so comfortable to wear! The black and brown colors were just the icing on the cake, I cannot recommend this product enough!

My husband really liked the idea of this belt. However, he was a 30's drop and the belt just didn't go a tad too short. It was only 38 around. There is a feature on the belt that prevents it from shrinking. If 28-48 seems like a big difference for a belt, it is. Choose something more specific to your size. We're back and buying another brand especially for the skinnier guys.

Update 07/07/2020: I am changing my rating from 2 to 3 stars because the customer service was excellent after reporting a problem with the product. They sent a new belt which also turned out to be small but they are working to fix it. I ordered a belt for 28-42 inches. My belts are usually 32 inches. However, I cut along the line at 33 inches and found that this belt is a few inches smaller. I could use it if I didn't cut it at all. The only benefit is that I can reuse the buckle, which looks…
