I was skeptical about buying a ratchet strap. I was also a bit worried when the belt arrived and I had to cut it and attach the "buckle" to the belt. I couldn't be happier with this belt! It is very comfortable and can be easily adjusted if necessary. Looks great and the price is right. Another plus is that the buckle is quiet and doesn't rattle when you put it on in the morning. I will buy this type of belt in other colors and styles.

Well, four starts. This is my second belt, the first one lasted two years as always. I am very happy with the product but if they made it one whole piece of leather instead of two thin ones sewn together it would make it much more durable and last a lot longer.

This is the first ratchet strap I've tried and it's amazing! My drop size is 35 and I'm having a hard time finding the right size belt that fits well. This belt goes perfectly with any type of pants and looks great! Can be easily adjusted in very small increments. I plan to order in black.

Works as advertised. This belt style is now my favorite belt. Always leave some excess length when trimming as the teeth that attach the buckle to the belt will eventually tear the material and you will need to trim a little to get a new clamping area. It doesn't happen often, but you'll need an inch or two more if you're going to wear it every day.

Although this belt looks beautiful, it is absolutely useless. I was able to trim it easily but it doesn't stay on the latch. Mine opens up when I start bending over or sticking my stomach out a little. To open the belt on purpose, lift the buckle so that it can be easily released even though it remains locked in the small grooves on the back of the belt. disengages if buckle is accidentally lifted just eight inches.
