I purchased these as a gift for my Mom for lounging around the house on weekends. I ordered her a size medium. When she tried them on, the bottoms seemed to fit well. However, the top was surprisingly snug. We talked about exchanging them for a large, but we feared the pants would be way too big. She decided to keep them, as they are just for around the house.If they were for me, I'd have ordered the size up. I like my pants on the loose side. So that wouldn't have been a problem at all.

It is really nice as a pajamas! I want to by a cotton pajamas first then I saw this one. The pants is a little long for me but it is fine.
