Good lighting! in bulbs

I am SO happy with my purchase of these bulbs! There's so much good in there that I'll never buy the original bulbs again, replacing them with these. The color gamut is very close to that of incandescent bulbs and they emit much less heat. They also use only 11% of the power of incandescent bulbs. Pros
  • Soft White (2700K), 5W instead of incandescent 60W
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Pros
  • AC 120V input
Cons
  • boring package

Recently they all started buzzing and flickering and a few days ago one of them completely failed. I've tried different cartridges, it's definitely a lightbulb. After spending a lot of time trying to figure out how to initiate a 3 year warranty, I finally found the email address "warrantyquestions@amazon.com". I sent 2 emails and received 0 replies. After
