This is terrible! After a lot of research and trying out different bulbs, I bought a pack of 3 LED2020 T10 bulbs at the end of December 2017. Recently they all started buzzing and flickering and a few days ago one of them completely failed. I've tried different cartridges, it's definitely a lightbulb. After spending a lot of time trying to figure out how to initiate a 3 year warranty, I finally found the email address "warrantyquestions@amazon.com". I sent 2 emails and received 0 replies. After trawling through Revain's "customer service" maze again this morning, I finally started an online chat that lasted over half an hour. Apparently, Revain has no information about its suppliers and cannot communicate with them. I ended up getting a refund from Revain, for which I'm grateful. However, this does not solve the problem of the inability to contact the seller and implement the guarantee - which means that it is a useless guarantee. And now I'm back to square one trying to find the lightbulbs.
