Can't beat the price or quality!

When I first ordered I obviously didn't pay attention because I thought I was only going to get one unit. What offer! Anyone who has tried to find aquarium LEDs knows how expensive they can be. You really can't beat the price and quality of this product. Ideal for individual installation in the lid of the aquarium. I also bought a dimmer to prevent excessive algae growth. Excellent unit. Will probably buy more of these in the future.

Would you buy a car without wheels? How about a table without legs?

I don't know how well it works because I can't plug it in. It came without an adapter, which is still not available now. I will buy a flashlight elsewhere that actually has an AC adapter for it. It's useless without an adapter, not even heavy enough to make a decent paperweight. If you wish to exclude essential hardware that this light requires, state this in the item description, not in the fine print. And make sure it's available.

Must be supplied with 24V white daylight. Must be used with 24V power supply

These lights are a steal. I set them to Nano 12x12x12. There was enough light for medium to high need plants. The problem was that when you planted them directly on the glass of the lid, the temperature in the aquarium rose by almost 4-5 degrees, which is unfavorable for most plants or shrimp. I got a little creative and installed the 12.5 inch strips in the stainless steel drywall dirt tray and attached a decorative chain to hang them from the ceiling. This solved the temperature rise problem,
