Great AI platform and easy-to use GUI

I like how it is customizable, so that we can personalize our bot for my clients as well! It really does help with customer service because you don't have to take over someone's phone line or call them back manually just by speaking through your chatbot - everything gets taken care of automatically from there!! The only downside would be if they could add more ways in which customers/clients interact (I think this has been addressed within recent releases though). This software allows us at…

Great platform and great experience overall

I like that it's easy to use, has all of my contacts in one place so there isn't any confusion when searching for someone or sending messages through LinkedIn Messenger! Sometimes you get errors where your message will not send at first but eventually sends without issue - this is something we've noticed as well with other messaging apps such as Facebook messenger which can be frustrating if its working fine otherwise (which would make me think they are doing some type of server maintenance).…
