I bought a similar women's jac shirt and wanted a different one. But they ran out of my size in the color I wanted, so I found these. I like everything about it more except that the lining isn't as soft as women's. It's still warm, but this one has a zipper, no buttons! Definitely prefer the zipper and inner pocket. I wear a 3XL shirt regularly. Ordered this warm shirt/jacket for gardening etc. Tried it on and knew immediately it would be returned. The sleeves were ugly long but the middle part of the jacket was small and tight. The proportions just don't add up. My rating is 1 star, lousy, unusual fit, overpriced. Avoid.

I bought this jacket in a large size. Shoulders, chest and sleeves are as expected. The problem lies in the body of the jacket. It is thin, neat and very form fitting. This is perfect for medium-weight autumn, winter and spring jackets. Combine it with the insulated long sleeve shirt and it will keep you warm even in cold weather. I wear it around the house a lot, it's so comfortable. I'm 6ft 5in, about 300lbs and 4x was more than enough for me. I could have gone a size down but I'm glad I didn't because it's not too big and the sleeves don't ride up the cuffs like all my other flannel shirts.
