Looks high quality and functional. My problem is that when changing nozzles, the tension of the lever needs to be adjusted. So I have a ball head with a 3LT base plate, Wimberly camera plates and RRS lens base plates. I love that this clip has a safety catch so you know it's locked. You'd have to be a complete idiot not to understand whether you attached the camera with this clamp or not. This is easily adjustable if you need to find the tight setting. Many of these clamps have been redesigned for use with the old Velbon tripod. Generally, these things range from $20 to over $200. The best mid-range models seem to cost between $50 and $80.
