Disappointing Audio Quality, Poor Installation

As a result of my tests i determined that the audio quality of this speaker is severely lacking. I had to turn the volume up considerably just to hear a decent sound. Additionally, the installation process was a nightmare. The instructions were unclear and the speaker kept falling out of the ceiling. .

A speaker is not a pair as advertised.

Advertised as a pair. The price is overpriced and to add insult to injury the price has increased by $20 compared to what I paid. thanks amazon
