Legrand Q PW7725 Power Supply Review

On-Q actually holds you hostage, hence charging $100 for a $20 PSU. I love my audio system and when I expanded it I needed an additional device. Although I could build or modify it for less money, I didn't want to do anything that might damage the system.

This product worked right away when I made the exchange. So at first I was very happy about it. However, it has a very high level of noise that can be heard in the living room of the house. It took me a while to figure out that the sound was coming from the new power supply. Noise can be very annoying when you think about it. To be honest I'm very disappointed that the quality hasn't improved after spending over $100 on a power supply. There were no such problems in the original.

We ordered two of these power supplies to get our speaker system working in our new house. We kept hearing a hum/buzz in the speakers and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Finally, I just found out that when those packs were turned off, the buzzing stopped. I ordered from another supplier and now it doesn't buzz anymore. Very disappointed that the return window has closed on these packages as we are now stuck with over $200 worth of useless power supplies. I would really appreciate…
