Unreliable Receptacle with Safety Issues

My analysis of this product showed that it is not worthy of its price tag .The receptacle was not reliable and kept short circuiting. Additionally, the safety covering was not secure and could easily fall off, causing a safety hazard..

UNIT MUST SHOW 'TR' OR IT WILL NOT BE PROTECTED

Electrician was here today and said it can be installed. I also bought four more from a hardware store that claimed to be tamper proof but weren't. I have to bring them back to get my money back.
