Received the goods today. Comes unassembled, but you will need to bend your arms to insert the pole. The plastic has no flex points, so as soon as I tried to bend my arms and insert the bar, the arm broke. A few pins were broken before I took it out of the box. I had to use my heat gun to heat up and almost melt the second one to be able to bend my arms. I bought this for a small workbench with a perforated panel I built. After reading some reviews of broken holders, I gently flexed the spool holder handles little by little, as if heating the plastic, until I could insert a roll of paper towels. The hooks in the perforated plate work very well. I mean they swing. It snaps at the top and then snaps at the bottom. Firmly. No complaints. towel rail. but doesn't work that well.
