Disappointed I couldn't find anything similar

I only wanted to remove the pit but left the plum whole and it didn't work. If I needed plums for jelly, definitely, but I wanted the whole plum. Disappointed that I didn't find anything similar

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Negative impression

Well done but doesn't work well.

Solid product and seems to work well. You have to hit the plunger really hard to push the blade down the drain and it's hard on the hand. It works slightly better on very ripe fruit, but leaves a lot of pulp at the core. Forget trying to squeeze it through a not-so-ripe fruit.

Pros
  • Works great for me
Cons
  • Has issues

Scrap!: Kitchen Utensils and Appliances

This takes up 75% of the pitted plum resulting in high plum loss. I had to go back and manually scrape the plums from the seeds so pretty much defeated the purpose of the purchase. We've used it many times (e.g. with 400+ drains) trying to figure out a way to get it working for us, but it's a piece of junk through and through.

Pros
  • Consistent Test Results
Cons
  • Thin

I like it! in kitchen and dining room

I like it! The plums I used the device on were very small, so the corer pushed some of the flesh that was still attached to the pit through this hole. But if my plums were a little bigger like they should be, the pit would fare better. I think the length of the tool could be a little longer for more torque and easier pressing. Some of the less ripe plums were difficult to push through. But it works! Good.

Pros
  • Sequins
Cons
  • No color required

I think the stoner works fine BUT has a crack on the side of the pit trap. Since this is the weakest part of the system, I'm hoping the seller will replace the clear plastic pit catcher. And NO reply from seller. So I have a broken base. If you have trouble going through the hole because the hole is crooked. There's nothing you can do about it, but you don't really have to make an effort to cut the fruit. Highly recommended for Italian plums

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

A very useful tool when it comes to pitting plums

Got it yesterday and used it on yellow plums today. 10 liters made. Much quicker than slicing plums around the pit by hand. It will be interesting to see how it holds up. The black plastic liner for the part that holds the drain came out today but went straight back. Let's see. A very useful tool when it comes to pitting plums. I put on a light glove on my right hand as I get blisters easily and I didn't want that to happen. This made the red plums so much better. But he doesn't cut them in…

Pros
  • As everyone still does
Cons
  • Makes me angry

I wouldn't recommend this product for two reasons

I wouldn't recommend this product for two reasons: 1) Cheap black plastic piece where the cherry sits - I bought this product because it was stainless steel but I thought it would be more durable. Although it's not clear from the photos, there is a black plastic piece that fits into the stainless steel hole where the cherry fits. This piece of plastic fell out of every cherry I removed. It also fell out when I moved the stoner from one counter to another. Very annoying. 2) Olives cannot be…

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Lots of things
