I ordered this hoping it would work and it's exactly the same as HP branded ink at a much lower price and I got 3 ink tanks instead of one!

Bought for my Envy 4516. Ink cartridges are a good idea but they just don't work. I'm assuming it's not making solid contact with the chip. Saving 2 cents on plastic isn't worth being eco-friendly. Those who complained about "wrong size" obviously didn't read the instructions. You must reuse the cartridge and put in new cartridges.

Doesn't work with my printer even though it's the exact size and fits perfectly. HP does not accept this cartridge. wasted my money

I bought these in April and the first ones I pulled out were fine. I wanted to change them today and the cartridges didn't fit. not 63. I now have 4 new cartridges that I cannot use. I haven't tested them and now the return window is closed. What a robbery.

I ordered this a while ago and put in a new color cartridge. The bullet on the right I got from someone else earlier, and the one on the left is from here. Both point to 63XL, but the new one is far from it. I can't go back as my window ended on June 24th. So I'm stuck with 2 failed color cartridges and 2 failed black cartridges that don't fit in my printer. I tried to insert it but it's too small and won't snap into place. Amazing, the money is flushed down the old toilet.

The first one works so-so, but then you have to put the cartridge in the insert and it doesn't work at all. Terrible quality DO NOT BUY!
