Prints wrong

Printed color parts with scribbled lines. The printer did not do this with earlier color cartridges, but not with black ones.

Wrong transport sent and return window closed

I always buy ink in advance so I don't run out of ink. I opened the box to get some ink and both carriages are the wrong shape even though they say 65XL doesn't fit my Envy 5055.
