Worked perfectly for about 22 months before it died

Served its purpose but the original is dead to us. We bought in May 2017 and it stopped working so we bought another one. Updated 3/1/19. The replacement I bought arrived and works great. The only problem is that the product description says it will arrive sealed and brand new, but Lenovo's security seal has already been tampered with. Everything looks new, but the seal is definitely cut off.

Great docking station for Thinkpad Yoga14 2 in 1

I use this on my Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga14 2 in 1. I've been using this dock for about a year and a half and it suits my needs to be ok. I wish there were a few more USB ports, they drain quickly when you plug in printers, CD drives, hard drives, etc. This could also be my computer's setting, but sometimes my device turns itself off after 2 minutes of inactivity. Use when connected to a docking station. It's not my computer settings, it has something to do with how the dock interacts with the…

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent

A basic workstation please

I've noticed a lot of bad reviews about this docking station. These ratings don't make much sense to me as the ones I use work great. I have 2 monitors connected via dual display ports on the back of the dock. Both monitors have a resolution of 2560 x 1440. I get perfect resolution on both. My laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 14 (latest model from Best Buy). Every once in a while the Asus monitor doesn't show up when you plug the Onelink into the laptop, but I think it might be the monitor…

Brilliant - took my old FLAT dock and freed it.

great - took my old FLAT Dock and freed 1/4 of my workstation. My old monitor doesn't have a displayport - I bought an adapter cable (DP - HDMI), connected all the cables and it was in business! I'm a real business user: the Lenovo laptop is great for travel, but not good for everyday work due to keyboard and display limitations. This docking station shows its capabilities and truly emulates a desktop environment. I run two remote monitors, USB keyboard and mouse (same USB dongle), USB floppy…

X1 Yoga not charging - Lenovo Tech Support Saga

Received this dock yesterday (8/24) to use with a brand new X1 Yoga (which I love!). Plugged it in straight away, tried a few USB connections and everything looked fine. HOWEVER, this morning (8/25) when I booted up I got a screen that the dock was not connected to the appropriate adapter. It connects to the included 90W power adapter. Checked all connections, ran system update and applied all available updates but dock still shows disconnected and not charging. I then called Lenovo Technical…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful
