The reason for the 3 stars is because the first time we changed the battery we saw that the ground pin for the battery was loose, then fell apart and fell back into the tree. I took a risk on an unrated product that didn't have a very detailed listing - my fault! I thought that this little tree in the photo/video clip is silver BUT it is turquoise blue/green. Nice but not the color I use. And more importantly, it is NOT made of thick hand-blown mercury glass. It's just very thin, very translucent glass. I have some mercury glass trees and some Lenox trees among my Lenox decorations. Didn't expect to be disappointed but it feels and looks like plastic. I doubt if that's true or not, but it doesn't matter as it still looks cheap. I got a great offer of Revain stock and even at $12 I didn't feel like it was worth the money.
