Great product but watch your length when using the zoom.

Slightly short when I fully extend 500mm (Nikon 200-500mm 5.6) to use the side arm access. This was the one the LensCoat rep recommended for my setup. A quality product that has saved my gear twice already.

Awkward to use - must return

This product did not suit me at all although it was well made and I sent it back. I mostly shoot with wide angle or medium range lenses. The rain cover that covers the lens is pretty rigid and there isn't a good way to attach it to the lens so that it stays on the front of the lens. So if you want to compress the cover to make it shorter, it's very difficult. This product is really meant for a 300mm lens where you don't want to zoom in or out. I didn't like the rear either. Not worth the money.

This is an excellently made lens cap for camera equipment, but it is completely impractical to use. I am a professional aviation and automotive photographer and I shoot in all weather conditions. The sleeves are too tight and it's difficult to get both the 70-200 barrel and the camera body. The camera controls, in particular, are difficult to achieve. Most disappointing, however, is the inability to accommodate photographers who need to look into the camera's eyepiece. The only solution…
