Image can be used for cable connection summary as the main connection to the Mac is in question. It seems to be working fine, but the user has only been using it for three days. The Ethernet connection to the network is working properly.

Authorization in notebook accessories

I bought this article without reading the specification! I needed a hub that could stream HDMI video at 2560x1080 resolution; Unfortunately, the resolution of this product is limited to 1920 x 1080. I wasn't aware of this when I received the product (along with the fact that I needed an extra USB port) so I sent the product back. That being said, unless I need a higher resolution. Best Modern Dock for Mac

This is the best modern dock for Mac I've found so far! I have to support a lot of MacBook Pros and Mac Minis and this is one of the few docking stations that just works. I tried it on a MacBook Pro from OG USB-C MBP from 2016 to the latest M1 MBP. I've also verified that they work with the latest two Mac Minis. Product stopped working after less than 4 months of use.

This product has stopped working in less than 4 months. I sent my request to Revain, they contacted the vendor. The vendor offered several options, which I tried before contacting them, as well as some extra effort on my part. Since my reply to the vendor a few months ago, they have made suggestions but none of them work. The product I wrote doesn't even supply power to the devices it's plugged into (yes, the power cord is connected to the device). Since then I have nothing. I can no longer use

TL; DR: Dealing with customer support was tedious to get a decent result, but overall the product is well made. I purchased this product here in the US at the start of the COVID lockdown.
