Quality lighting

The light quality of these lamps is superior compared to the lamps they replace. The old incandescent bulbs were traditional filament bulbs and provided light but nowhere near the quality and intensity of these LED bulbs. The light spectrum is in the "bright white” range, which I think is very good for reading or other close-up work. Compared to previous lamps, they are very energy efficient.

Great replacement for an incandescent lamp.

I replaced the lightbulbs that came with my 40 year old china cabinet. These bulbs burned so hot they heated the inside of the closet and I could never touch them until they were off. Now these LED bulbs put out the same amount of comfortable light without getting hot at all. Therefore, use almost nothing for electricity. I don't mind leaving her for a few hours. even days. And I can grab them while I'm working if I need to. Not that I need it because LEDs live so long.

Short life but good as long as they last

We have 8 of these in the master bathroom. Great warm colour, but less than a year later two started flickering (in different lights. They were replaced and now 6 months later two more are flickering (different in different lights). Kind of a catch 22 - I would have a different brand chosen.but no there is no guarantee they will be an exact match in color so rather than risk a slightly different pair I will buy them again Disappointing as LEDs should last longer than incandescent bulbs and a…
