this sweater was a good weight not too heavy and the material was very soft. My son is skinny and he swam in this sweater, his arms are very long, his chest is too big for him. It keeps growing but doesn't fill up, so unfortunately this fit won't work. I love the clothes of this brand, their quality is impeccable. This is the first sweater and it was too big.

The size 4 and 5 hoodies I ordered for my granddaughters were soft and the hood was comfortable. They were warm enough for late April/early May in Southern California where the evenings were fairly cool. My granddaughters love the lavender color. The zippers worked well. I've been looking for a long time for a red 100% cotton sweatshirt for my kid who loved Disney Pixar's Coco and wanted to dress like Miguel. Cotton was important to me as we live in tropical Florida and breathable fabrics are a must. FYI: This sweatshirt has a fleece look on the inside, not like the lightweight spring or resort sweatshirts you sometimes find.
