The base I received is fine BUT the part is wrong

The base I received is fine BUT the part is wrong. If you require the part shown, please order part #3152-F. At least that's what I've figured out so far and am now awaiting the arrival of a new part (correct part) to fully confirm. By the way, the company helped me a lot with my work, but they don't seem to know there is a problem, even with all the other similar complaints.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Economical lamp holder

Simple lamp holder. The quality was good and the price reasonable. I prefer glazed china but this unglazed worked for the purpose. I used them to replace some special expensive fluorescent tubes. Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick start guide

I…

  • Impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging
