This Leviton phone wall plate with RJ-45 cutout works very well. There is usually very little space to connect wall phones to wall outlets and phone jacks. The recessed cutout in this wall plate provides a little more room for these connectors.

Installed a land line phone as a backup for emergencies and used it to mount a classic ATT Trimline wall phone. Hanging clips perfectly match the phone. The keystone snapped into the hole and protruded slightly, but the phone had room behind it to accommodate the slight edge of the keystone. If I had a single request it would be a full reset object, but that's probably not possible.
