Exact replacement for an old porcelain cartridge

Exact replacement for an old porcelain cartridge that cracked when moving to a new location. Fits snugly in standard octagonal boxes. The collar allows the attachment of additional attachments such as PLT MC-200Y - metal lamp guard - yellow - interchangeable cage.

Not perfect, but you can't complain about the cost.

This device didn't really match what was replaced but worked well enough. I think it's hard to complain about that and it's probably the fault of the people who installed the original unit (since it was broken too). This one appeared to be of better quality and the insert wasn't as thin as the one that was removed.

The included screws will not fit the 3 " junction box holes in this bracket

The included screws on this simple mount are too big for the included hole to fit a 3" electrical box, which they only useful for 4" box (probably because I don't have a 4" box). Had to go to a big store in the middle of a pandemic for a better fit. While this is a simple contraption, Leviton had only one mission - and didn't have one. This order was placed/fulfilled and attempted installation was mid-September 2020.
