Description of Leviton FDBX1 Y Single Gang Capacity Stainless

Rigid PVC construction provides excellent resistance to impact, water and chemicals found in harsh industrial environments. Boxes feature 1-Inch diameter NPT unthreaded openings, with Reducers for 3/4-Inch and 1/2-Inch conduit and plugs for unused openings. Stainless steel device mounting plate with attached ground wire facilitates mounting of single receptacles and toggle switches. Stainless steel assembly screws provide excellent corrosion resistance. Corrosion-resistant brass threaded inserts for mounting covers.

This electrical box has exceeded my expectations .As an industrial electrician, I need a product that is durable and reliable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR WATERPROOF ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS VS. 'WEEATHER' BOX

Highly recommended for installation in damp, wet or surface water. I should have known about that waterproof power connector. The City Inspector should have recommended since the junction box is below ground level and at ground level. Easy installation. Used in conjunction with a cap and plug for a secure and effective watertight connection.
