Works great. Turns on instantly if/when you turn off the light in the room. Makes good light. Light reflects off hot and neutral candles creating a cool silhouette effect. The first one I ordered was clearly opened and most likely already returned by Revain (the box was torn and separated from the clear plastic part of the packaging). I am very satisfied with this product. One of my GFCI sockets stopped working and 2 other sockets failed with it. I don't know who the engineer/designer of these sockets was but he should be fired immediately! The actual outlet is very good in almost every way. The glaring problem with these GFCI sockets is that when placed side by side, the light from one turns off the light from the other. The engineer who designed this positioned the light sensor to be mounted on the edge of an electrical outlet, looking both to the side and straight ahead.
