Damn, are all models rated for this Extra Small? I wear a 2-3xl shirt. This is especially true for those who weigh less than 100 pounds. I could probably carry some band-aids and maybe a juice pack.

I love this chest vest. I'm a firefighter/paramedic and I work in NASCAR racing. It's well made, light weight and holds my radio and other small items well. I recommended it to colleagues and they bought it, receiving the same positive feedback about its durability and usefulness.

This is a great chest pack to carry. The only complaint I have (hence 4 stars) is that for a tall person like me the shoulder straps could have been a bit longer, as could the waste elastic. Otherwise it sits a bit high on the chest. Also, the event radio I used recently (Motorola radio) was so large that it pretty much exhausted the radio's customization capabilities. My daughter and I use these inexpensive radios when we go skiing. Lots of feedback from skiers who wanted their skis to have extra storage space like this. Many uses, no problem. I'm like a troll - 5ft 8ft, with an 18" neck and 46" shoulders, and I was able to fit him. My 10 year old daughter was also able to adjust this setup to fit her upper body. Crazy to get such functionality and versatility for such a small investment. Strong recommendation!
