This relatively inexpensive item is easy to replace and will make your printer easier to work with. Buy it and install it when your printer asks for it (!). You can't go wrong. Fast delivery and cheap price!

I think it works. The problem is that I ordered this on the advice of a Lexmark support representative after troubleshooting my printer via online chat. After installing the photoconductor units, the support rep admitted that wasn't the problem and suggested I upgrade to a newer printer that would probably be less expensive. Lexmark imaging drums are the only way to replace your old Lexmark imaging drums. Don't fall for "compatible". To install them just follow the pictures (if you can't read). Each unit is very well packaged to prevent damage. There is a used return label on the multipack, which is good for the environment. Just don't forget to reset the "Device Lifetime" for each device, otherwise you'll keep getting that annoying message.

The box was sealed, but the drum unit was smudged with magenta ink. Looks like the cartridge is defective or has been previously used and sold to me (SEE PHOTO). All PC blocks are neutral, ink will not appear on PC blocks until installed in the printer and matched with a toner cartridge. Disappointed customer.
