Weighed well but the top hook on the one I received was wedged. The hook bent slightly when I tried to move it. Cheap Chinese junk with poor English instructions.

We wanted the hook to look more modern to match the style of our home. This hook looks good, streamlined and modern. It was easy to install and the flexibility of the three hooks is very helpful.

This hook is so well made, the wall will collapse before it fails! It attaches to the wall (bolts) with heavy-duty hardware and the hooks slide in and out with ease. It looks very beautiful, kind of high-end. Best purchase I've made for a house this year!

terrible instructions came with this hook. It kind of came out for free. Installation wasn't easy as the instructions aren't clear and even the picture doesn't match what's in the box. I'm considering returning it as I hate that it fell apart (see video) but I'll give it a try for a few days and see how it goes.

Has a great mounting bracket making it easy to install and durable. The hook looks good and works well. The only disappointment I had was that the top clamp didn't move. I couldn't tell from the pictures but if you look closely you can figure it out from one of the charts. So I like it, the install was great but be aware the top hook stays on the right side.

Of all the towel rails I've had, only this one keeps the towel at an acceptable level. Even if you tug on the towel a little, it gets stuck. The included bracket and screws are just great for whatever you're attaching, but I'll probably go with the best anchor if you're using it on drywall. Honestly, we were surprised it worked so well! We recently moved into a new house with a luxuriously large bathroom. but with a towel rack 15 feet from the shower! I know first world issues but it made the drying process cold and wet.
