Rating for the set, it seems normal. Worst of all, the image is blurry on slow pans. What I don't like is that this is a used set and I haven't seen it anywhere on the website. Revane gets zero stars for that. If I had known it was used I would not have bought it. I'm concerned it's probably out of warranty and there's no way of knowing. I bought this small TV for my RV. I thought the price was great and I couldn't go wrong with LG. The volume is very low even at the maximum setting of 100. I can hear normally, but when I turn on the air conditioning in my RV, I can no longer hear the TV. I have never had this problem with any other TV. I decided to keep it because I don't want to spend more money on a TV.

I bought this 27" LG TV to replace an old LG TV that broke down. Wow! What an improvement in picture quality. Sound quality is just ok but not a very important feature for me. PS Before this purchase I have I bought a cheaper 27" LG TV from another seller. The quality wasn't that good and there was a VERY LOUD LG beep when I turned it on and off. I couldn't find a way to disable the ringer so I did returned the TV.

The description is completely wrong. This is a regular TV. There's nothing smart about it, no USB playback, no Wi-Fi, nothing. Waste of money and I would regret not buying it. I wanted to return it, but when I finally opened it and tried to use it, the return window ended.

When I first got this LG TV it was bright. The color faded after a couple of weeks. I don't have cable so I had to connect it to an indoor antenna. I've been doing this for many years. With LG, I lost my two main stations, ABC and PBS. The system of this TV is also very complex, especially for people over 70. I'm sure those who are tech savvy will have no problem. Good picture with realistic colors. The webOS interface and apps run smoothly. The speakers get louder and more tuned for a clearer voice, which I prefer. Very happy with it
