Great display for the price, and adding USB-C is a big deal for students with a USB-C equipped MacBook or laptop. The only complaints about the display are the viewing angles and the size. Black leaves a lot to be desired when using HDR. Sometimes I wish I had chosen a 27" monitor as it is a large workspace, but the high resolution allows you to work in small windows with great detail. For the price I would recommend it.

This monitor has one major downside: the only audio output you can get from it is the 3.5mm headphone jack. My external speaker had S/PDIF and digital coax jacks and no 3.5mm headphone jack. The speakers built into the monitor are good, but in my opinion not sufficient compared to external speakers. If you have an external speaker with a 3.5mm headphone jack, this monitor should be fine, but if you don't you'll need to shell out more for an HDMI audio extraction unit to capture digital audio in

I bought for Mac Mini M1, tried everything to get at least close to the accuracy of the color compared to my native iMac/iPhone. Far. Using this for precision will disappoint and deviate from the brand. Check out the old version of BenQ hdmi or the pricier new version of USB-C if you care about accuracy, connectors, etc. No comparison.

This monitor costs more than it's probably worth. The vast majority of 4k HDR monitors currently are 27 inches, which is a bit small, this one is definitely a good size, but the auto local dimming is very annoying when reading the web. The games look good and overall it has decent picture quality for what it is.

This is how I feel with my new monitor. I thought my ASUS was great. Then this baby, courtesy of the US Mail, showed up on my doorstep and I was almost blown away by the experience. I can say that I play on Nvidia RTX-2070 Super which ASUS just hated. I mean ASUS is good but you won't see everything until you get a DisplayPort cable and adjust the brightness. Wow!
