Buttons are very difficult to press on this thing. The Force doesn't seem as strong as it seems. I have replaced a microwave with the same power but this one takes twice as long. The popcorn setting works great every time.

Very happy with my new 1200w LG NeoChef microwave oven. Delivered before estimated date. Very spacious inside, instead of loud horn. I updated when I bought this. My last LG 1200W lasted seven years. I hope this one lasts as long or even longer. I am very impressed with LG and will continue to buy LG products.

I know. I bought 2 of these. My first survived until the end of the year. The microwave inside was burned out. Master said it's better to just buy a new one, which I did. Since I was committed to LG with the trim kit, I bought the exact same thing again. This lasted 8 months. I am now buying for another company. Done with LG.

I love my new microwave. I read that some people didn't like the alarm sound when the food was ready. It's a small melody, but quieter than the loud BEEP BEEP BEEP. Ideal for cooking, defrosting and reheating food. Easy to clean inside thanks to rounded corners. The popcorn setting is perfect! I hate burnt popcorn. If it lasts 5-7 years I'll be perfectly satisfied. I had one before that lasted about 5 years but I believe the door slammed many times and it was defective. Now we close the door…

Stops working after 2 months, trying to contact LG for warranty repair and they try to make return or exchange impossible. They said they would call us back after a certain amount of time and STILL WAIT. We have complied with the request and have sent proof of purchase and all requested information and now they want me to purchase another microwave and send proof of purchase prior to a refund. NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO! Why would I buy another crappy microwave that probably won't work in two…

Was looking for a replacement for my GE JE 1860 SB microwave which was elegantly placed above my oven. I didn't like that the GE replacement forced you to buy a new trim kit for almost $200 instead of reusing the old one, especially since the old one fit my kitchen and matched the cabinet holes. In any case, it worked quite well. One small issue was that one side was slightly slanted as it matched the fairing kit, but that wasn't hard to fix. The beeps are really good too - just a few beeps…
