    My daughter is grandmother

    I needed something special for my daughter who gave me five wonderful grandchildren. What a gift to be a grandmother. Lia Griffith Tropical Garden heavyweight crepe paper is thick and luxurious. It is pliable, shaped and you can use a spoon or a quilling tool with a big ball on a stick to give it a special look. All these dolls are made out of crepe paper, the wings are cheap thick paper and unfinished so they need some paint and maybe some washi lace paper to help them stay in a certain pose…

    Too heavy for most colors

    I use this paper to make ranunculus. As you can see in the photo, after stretching this paper it is still too heavy for my colors. I think this will be an issue for most colors that require a transparent look and lighter texture. Ordinary crepe paper can make the flowers look more realistic. This thick paper can't do that. When I received this paper I was also very disappointed because the quantity was much less than I thought. Each roll was only 9.8 inches wide and 3 feet long, for a total…

    The description said NEW but used and sent back. And then I understood.

    Everything I have received from the Lia Griffith brand prior to this order has been carefully crafted and packaged. Being a Martha Stewart fan has given me great satisfaction. :-) However, this package was clearly used and sent back! The label inside with the colours, information and patterns was stuffed back into the bag, but the crepe paper itself? Yellow was dirty. The silver was wrinkled and torn. The green leaves have been unrolled and the pieces cut off! And then instead of folding it…
