3-in-1 tool: space and time-saving kitchen tool

This is a convenient 3-in-1 kitchen tool. I've always had trouble grating ginger with a microblade or garlic grater without losing too much pulp. It has a raised circle that makes it easy to roll the ginger so that neither the juice nor the pulp is lost, which is amazing for any home cook. The holes gradually increase in size so any grass can easily be threaded through them to remove the leaves and leave the trunk bare. Not bad, not great, but handy kitchen essentials.

I have nothing bad to say about this small cookware. It looks good, works well as a garlic or ginger grater (though not as well as the Kyocera ceramic grater, which is also available here. I recommend the 6" grater as the 3.5" grater is slightly smaller is). I haven't tried it on the daikon yet, as I ordered a large Kyocera grater for this purpose, but it's probably not big enough for large pieces of daikon. A well thought-out product is worth its price. The non-slip base is a bonus for a very functional multitasking device!

I love this item. It's difficult to find a good spoon rest with a non-slip base. Amazing in this day and age with sleek granite countertops! But this one works like a charm.
