I bought the predecessor of this model in 2019. About 30 days after the 2-year warranty expired, the lamp failed completely. Customer service, although very polite, excruciatingly slow and annoying, asked me for photos, receipts, etc., which I did. After a lot of messages (they don't have live chat, it takes about 12 hours to reply to all) they are now asking for a receipt, which is ridiculous because I sent them a screenshot of the Revain order which contained all the information , which areβ¦
