Much better than another brand I bought three or four months ago. They each lasted a month. It's only been a week, but noticeably brighter. Feel like they last longer and perform better.

Good replacement for Samsung 4713-001165 lamp at a great price. Same power consumption 20W, same G8 base. Brighter than the bulb I replaced but the old bulb was pretty old. It's easy to replace.

I doubted the bulbs were blown because mine didn't look blown. They didn't burn out and looked like new. So I bought them because I thought there was something wrong with my microwave. I installed them and Viola I have light again! No complaints yet. Just remember to never touch the bulb with your bare hands to avoid getting the oil on the bulb. I used paper towel to glue them.

To answer the question yes they fit my Samsung microwave and they are actually brighter than the original bulbs. Only one of mine burned out, but I went ahead and replaced both. Great product, just remember to wear gloves when installing to keep sebum off the bulb, they get very hot and the oils will cause the bulb to burn out. comes out earlier.

They were ridiculously dull, lower than stock and definitely duller than the replacements I just bought from my local shop. I don't know if they will last long or what because they went in the trash (not worth the hassle of returning). To edit. The company keeps contacting me and offers to pay me to have my honest 2 star review removed. Downgrading to 1 star so they know what I think of their efforts. Buyer Warning!

This halogen microwave lamp is very bright (TOP!), but it doesn't stay plugged in. Constantly failed! Grrrrr. It completely defeated the goal. It's also very HOT - it stayed plugged in for even a nanosecond. It immediately became like the surface of the sun! This didn't work on our GE microwave so we switched to the LED version which worked great and did NOT get hot at all. Hooray! :-)

About twice as bright as the factory bulb, only 1 of the 2 original bulbs blew out but I ended up replacing both as I liked the improved brightness and more "bright daylight" compared to the yellowish original light Colour. In hindsight I wish I had replaced them as soon as I bought the microwave/hood! Remember NOT to touch new bulbs with your fingers, sebum shortens bulb life. I just held it with a paper towel. .

They replaced the old burned out lightbulbs in my microwave. They're nice and bright, they work on two power settings (low and high), they're easy to install, and they cost a lot less than ordering them individually from your local hardware store. Very easy to replace - just be careful never to touch the glass with your fingertips. It is recommended to wear rubber gloves or hold the onions with a handkerchief. (The oil from your finger may cause the glass bulb to shatter if it gets too hot.)

While this suggests this would be a suitable replacement for my microwave ceiling light, the pins are too short. In addition, the base has a bend, which means that the light bulb does not remain in the socket. I managed to get one bulb to stay inside when I closed the lid, but the second bulb didn't light up. The light is brighter and of course the price is good (2 for the price of one), but I will look for lamps with longer teeth and a flatter base. The Revain search engine returned it instead
