Blinks at minimum brightness, but you can adjust a little and it stops blinking. They are really bright, even too bright. I wish I could get a 3.7k or even a 4 inch version. They are inside now, and so it will be. I would buy them again.

I've been using this lamp for my work for almost a year and it's good, the only problem with my last purchase, they sent me one mixed temperature color i order 3 boxes of 5000k and send me 2 boxes of 5000k and one box of 4000k and i send it to my customer and when i do the work its so bad because i have to go back to change the light when these people send me the right light i order. but for other things, it's really good for work, work is cleaner.

Honestly this is the easiest to install and works great with my smart dimmer. 6 in new construction and 6 in columnar stone walls. Piece of the cake! Love it and get more
