I loved these cables, really loved them. The last order I received didn't have a small lip, I thought it was an accident. Reordered no, they are no longer the same as in the photo, they do not have that lip which unfortunately makes them incompatible with my phone case. I am very disappointed with this design change and will be returning it.

This charger doesn't even fit in my phone. I was upset but decided to try the second and third cables in case the first turned out to be a lemon/accident. Tried a second cable. Again one of those ones you would have to hold with your hands to get to the charger. I don't have to try the third one to realize it's not an accident - just another crappy product.

First of all, I have to run a new line every month! When there are 5 iPhones in the house, someone always needs a charge. The problem is that kids forget their cables at school or magically break them 🙄 I like them better than the ones that come with Apple products. They're durable and long enough that I don't have to hold the portable charger in my hand while I'm on the phone.

It came with three wires to charge the lights and they worked fine until yesterday the head on one of the lights charging pins broke (as pictured on the picture). Number). The big problem was that it got stuck in my iPad's charging port. I don't know how to figure it out yet. Now my expensive iPad can't be charged with any other cable but this broken one. I'll try to find out, but I'm too scared to use the other two on my Apple devices right now. I have a hard time saying it's worth the money.

I've had these cables for three weeks now. The verdicts aren't out yet, but I'm very optimistic that they will hold up and be good. The connectors at both ends are metal, the strain relief cable is steel wire. It seems much better than the plastic pegs and short vinyl used by other manufacturers. I strongly do not recommend them. They have an oversized plug, so it's thicker than the others. I think they thought it might improve the connection, but you have to press hard on it and after just a few minutes it partially pops out. More importantly, I feel like the phone port is wearing down due to excessive force. I banned them for our phones because on a $600+ device it's not worth the risk of damaging the port.
