Very realistic looking candles. Used 2 AA batteries so you need some for every 20 but buying rechargeable batteries makes sense I think.

Candles in the trees are so pretty but two don't work. I hate paying full price for an incomplete set and I don't want to take them all off and return the whole set.

You are great! They look very realistic throughout the room. The flicker is really a flicker, not the flickering spasm that some electric candles have. I can recommend her unreservedly. I will most likely purchase another set when/if they become available.

Our son was born on Christmas day and we always tied candles to our tree. These candles add a beautiful glow to the tree. So easy with remote control and timer. Too bad I didn't buy them a few years ago. I have 40 and will be buying 20 more next year.

I love the remote control and I love how these candles look on my tree. But already 3 candles don't light - even with new batteries - I don't think they have good enough contact, but I can't get to it because it's in the candle. I'm upset because a set of 20 is over $70.

Beautiful candles! Very educational and realistic. BUT! As several other reviewers have pointed out, we have a few lights that just don't work. New batteries and still no luck. Sounds like a problem with the contact in the spark plug. But it's beautiful on my tree. But I really need the whole set to get the right look.

I love these candles! They give an extremely realistic shine. I've had family members who thought they were real. The board is great too. Definitely worth the money. If I had a suggestion it would be to make them free standing without the wooden clip. I can still plant them in some places where the clip is not visible.

They are exactly as described and exactly what I wanted. 20 was a good number for my 7.5 foot tree, but I like them so much I'm considering getting another set. It's real wax that looks like it's dripping. The "wick" does not move, but when it burns it creates the illusion of a moving flame. 1 AA battery per candle. I've been looking for good battery operated candles and they have been fantastic. They have real wax on the outside with sculpted teardrops on top which makes them look quite realistic. The wick and "flame" are good too, and the flickering is *very* subtle so not annoying, and not being able to turn the flickering off wasn't a problem.
